If you are not a current resident of one of our Upper Division communities, the interest list is the best way to get an opportunity to continue living with us on campus!
Contracts for Upper Division Housing will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis based on the date students are added to the interest list.
Offers will begin for those on the interest list on December 15.
Current Upper Division Housing Residents
If you currently live in Balcones, Cypress or Bobcat Village Apartments, you will complete the renewal process by completing the steps below.
Missed these deadlines?
Upper Division Community residents who miss their renewal window will be given the opportunity to add their name to the interest list.
Spaces will be offered as available and do not guarantee a specific apartment.
Current Resident Renewal Process (Same, Same)
Current Resident Renewal Roommate Process (Same, Same)
Current residents will have the opportunity to renew their same roommate beginning November 24. Roommate groups can be formed as early as November 17.
Current Resident Requesting a Change (Same, Different)
Current residents who are seeking to change Upper Division Housing location, rooms, or room type will have the opportunity to complete their contract as early as November 17 and select their new space beginning December 1 and continuing through December 3. Roommate groups can be formed as early as November 17.
