Housing and Residential Life reserves the right to limit the number of locations, duration, and length of time messages are displayed. Submitted files must be in JPG format and sized at 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high.

Advertisement artwork MUST include contact information, either a phone number or email address, that students can contact if they have questions.

File Specifications

Submitted files must be in jpeg format at 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high (or 26 inches wide by 15 inches high). At this time, other file dimensions or formats will NOT be accepted.
